To this day, people from all over the world visit Hiroshima with folded cranes to remember and give respect to those affected by the nuclear bombs and to support world peace. When I visited, I thought it was pretty cool that this was made out of cranes by people from different parts of the world, and I’m usually not a huge fan of museums, but walking through this museum was probably one of the most touching historical experiences I have encountered thus far.
